Description

The Strasbourg Panoramic Bus Tour provides a very good overview of the city and its history.

This tour will last about 45 minutes to an hour from the Place de l'Étoile and will include the famous sites as well as some others that are less known such as parts of the Port which are currently under renovation, the old fortifications of the city, the European district, the German architecture from the late 19th century, and several of religious buildings such as a Russian Orthodox Church and the Strasbourg main Synagogue. From Spring until Autumn, you will also view the great symbol of Alsace in action in our trees: the great white storks. Indeed, the route of the panoramic tour passes along a street where the storks have built their nests on the top of numerous plane trees.

Meeting point: drop-off/pick-up Parc de l'Étoile or other (if the buses are allowed) : at your hotel, at the port's dock, Strasbourg Convention Centre, European Institutions...

You can combine this tour with the Old Town tour by foot (3 hours in total) *

* Important: the guides cannot provide you the bus for the Panorama tour, and you would need to check the authorized drop off / pick up locations with your guide.

Did you know...?

In addition to getting a summary of the history of Strasbourg and a good overview of its many facets, this visit will cross areas quite far from the city center such as the Orangery, the European district and the Neustadt with a maximum of comfort for your group.
